We are looking for a dynamic, curious, and passionate recruitment enthusiast to join our fast-paced Lookup team.
Lookup provides flexible, talent acquisition and employer branding solutions for the world’s most ambitious companies in Tech.

Founded in 2019 by in-house start-up HR leaders, Lookup has built a team in Istanbul, all bound together by the mission of helping every tech company we work with grow to their highest potential.
Since then, we’ve partnered with over 250 incredible businesses across the globe from tech companies to the hottest startups, scaleups and unicorns in town.
Due to our success and continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join us and help us achieve the ambitious growth objectives that we have set ourselves for the future.

What You'll Do
-Analyze, report on key talent acquisition metrics, using the actionable data to influence decisions,
-Find and explore alternative ways to find talent, other than the well-known paths,
-Support our talent partner team in every way and be instructive to each other,
-Provide an amazing candidate experience, and build trust with our candidates, providing them with complete, accurate, and inspiring information both for the company and the role.

What we are looking for
-Positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ - attitude
-Passionate about the best startups, upcoming businesses, technology
-Curious, a sourcing hacker by nature, who enjoys researching new tools and techniques to find candidates-
-Analytical, you're focused on insights and problems before solutions
-Resilient, you're ready for challenges, self-motivated and self-taught
-Versatile, you can work on different subjects at the same time
-Fluency in English and Turkish
-Must be a 3rd or 4th-year university student or a fresh graduate.
