As Kansai Altan, we are looking for a “R&D Chemical Engineer” with the following qualifications.



What do we expect?

M.Sc or Ph.D degree in Chemical Engineering and / or Chemistry
Having background in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science & Engineering fields (double major, sub-branch, M.Sc degree etc. ) is preferable
Very good command of written and spoken English
New graduates or maximum 2 years of experience in related fields


The job requires:

Strong technical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure all aspects of projects are clearly understood and well documented
Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work effectively across multiple functional departments
Managing time efficiently and having flexible attitude towards changing priorities
Demonstrating ability to work individual, team worker as well as team leader with a strong focus on delivering results and identifying alternative solutions when challenges arise
Dealing with ambiguous, diverse circumstances where conflict may be a factor
Self motivated, positive and energetic, creative, eager to learn continuously
Customer oriented problem solver who can identify the root causes and recommend/apply corrective actions
