Asır Group is an e-commerce company with a large range of product categories and leading brands, giving high quality service to its clients from 2005. We are looking for teammates who will work in the Purchasing Executive position of our company.

Who are we looking for

• Recently graduated or up to one year of work experience
• Good in English communication
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially very good in Excel
• Result driven and have a strong logical and analytical capacity being well organized with high attention to detail
• Good team player
• High sense of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Graduated from one of these universities: Boğaziçi University, Galatasaray University, İstanbul Technical University, Yıldız Technical University, İstanbul University, Koç University, Middle East Technical University, Bilkent University, and Sabancı University

Your Challenge

• Informing of orders to suppliers,
• Procurement of products within the stipulated time frame and in correct quantities
• Establishing healthy communication with suppliers and coordination of all operational processes
• Create procurement strategies in order to ensure long-term and sustainable success
• Preparation of supplier operational performance reports
• Monitoring the supplier's performance, identifying the points that need improvement and making these improvements together with joint studies
