Project Manager – Russian Market
Employment Type: Full-Time

Language Requirement: Professional fluency in Russian

The Position
Diora is hiring a Project Manager to lead our operations and client relationships within the Russian market. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project execution, ensuring that technical requirements are met and production remains on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Russian clients, managing all communication and project updates.

Production Oversight: Coordinate between the client’s requirements and our manufacturing department to ensure products are built to specification.

Logistics & Documentation: Handle the practicalities of moving goods into the Russian market, including overseeing shipping schedules and necessary documentation.

Problem Solving: Address production delays or technical changes immediately to keep projects on track.

Market Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, market conditions, and potential new business opportunities.

Requirements
Languages: Native or professional-level Russian is mandatory. Strong communication skills in English (or [Insert Local Language]) are required for internal coordination.

Professional Experience: Proven track record in project management, ideally within manufacturing, technical furniture, or the audio industry.

Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing workflows.
