We’re looking for a passionate Product Specialist who values a collaborative team atmosphere, learns quickly, and is excited to help build, analyze, and optimize high-quality games with us as part of the team working on Search It.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities and turn insights into product ideas and improvements.
- Support feature development, A/B testing, LiveOps, and product iterations from idea to analysis.
- Play and analyze successful mobile games, conduct competitor research, and bring relevant trends, mechanics, and insights to the team.
- Use AI and data analytics tools to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, and everyday workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the team to continuously improve the player experience.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about player behavior and product decisions.
- Genuine passion for games and the mobile gaming industry, with a strong motivation to build a product career in mobile gaming.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset to explore problems, bring ideas, and take initiative.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or mobile analytics platforms is a plus.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and a willingness to incorporate new tools into your work.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
