Diffusion Capital Partners (www.dcp.vc), is an early-stage Venture Capital Fund Manager primarily investing in Türkiye and in technology-intensive startups. We are currently seeking interns to join our team. We are very hands-on investors and we can offer you a lens into the promising startups across technology sectors along with an environment to take responsibility, challenge yourself, learn and grow. This position shall be based in Istanbul.

Main Responsibilities
Identify, source, and qualify startups
Participate proactively in discovering and vetting entrepreneurs
Build and manage the pipeline of potential investment opportunities to be reviewed weekly
Perform in-depth industry and market research to screen investment opportunities
Contribute to DCP’s support to portfolio companies
Provide ad-hoc support regarding LP requests, conferences, meetings, and other company priorities as required

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Evidence of strong data analysis, research, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with investment management and a good understanding of the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry

Basic Requirements & Competencies
Strong interpersonal skills and founder/entrepreneur empathy
Demonstrated passion for VC, emerging technologies, startups, and innovation
Commercial approach and firm business acumen with solid financial analysis capabilities
Exceptional drafting skills with attention to detail
Sense of initiative and taking ownership approach
Excellent command of written and spoken English
