Datamellon is expanding its operations to Turkey, and we’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Operations & Client Success Lead to take full ownership of our local presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working closely with clients, and being the go-to person for execution, coordination, and relationship management.

About the Role

As Datamellon’s first hire in Turkey, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, client interactions, and delivery execution. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and partners—ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with Datamellon’s global team while building strong relationships within the local startup and scaleup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage end-to-end operations for Datamellon’s Turkey activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Turkey
• Coordinate and oversee project execution and delivery
• Support business development by nurturing relationships with startups, scaleups, and ecosystem partners
• Ensure clear communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Track timelines, deliverables, and basic reporting
• Represent Datamellon professionally in meetings, events, and ecosystem gatherings
• Help shape and improve operational processes as the Turkey operation grows

What We’re Looking For
• 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in operations, client success, consulting, or project coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Existing or growing network within startups and scaleups
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• High ownership mindset – proactive, reliable, and execution-focused
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams

Nice to Have
• Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
• Background in technology, data, SaaS, or cloud-related projects
• Previous experience working with international or remote teams
