We are currently looking for a Thai Operations Specialist to join our growing team and support our financial operations in a dynamic international environment.

Job Description

Monitor and manage customer accounts through internal systems and software,
Analyze requests from different business units and execute the necessary operational processes,
Prepare various reports in line with management requirements,
Follow up, process, and report fund transfer transactions accurately and on time,
Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal procedures,
Support daily financial operations and coordinate with relevant departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) or Thai nationality preferred,
Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer usage,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Team-oriented and detail-focused,
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
No restrictions for shift-based working arrangements if required.

Preferred Candidate

Experience: No specific experience requirement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply),
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or above
