Marketplace Seller Success Associate

Freelea is a U.S.-based, fast-growing Fashion & Technology venture redefining the shopping experience for Gen Z customers. PulseDataLab is Freelea's Istanbul-based technology and operations center. Join us as a Marketplace Seller Success Associate and help sellers, brands, and creators grow and thrive on Freelea's U.S. marketplace.

Role Focus
This role supports the success of sellers on Freelea's U.S. marketplace — from onboarding and training to performance monitoring and issue resolution. Working closely with category, operations, and technology teams, you will help ensure sellers have the guidance and tools they need to deliver a great customer experience and grow their business, while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Guide new sellers, brands, and creators through onboarding, setup, and first listings.
• Serve as a point of contact for seller questions, requests, and issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Monitor seller performance metrics such as sales, fulfillment, shipping times, returns, and customer ratings.
• Provide sellers with recommendations to improve listings, pricing, and content quality.
• Help develop seller training materials, FAQs, and help-center content.
• Ensure sellers comply with marketplace policies, quality standards, and catalog guidelines.
• Collect seller feedback and share insights with product and operations teams.
• Prepare regular reports on seller health and performance for leadership review.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation that strengthen seller support as the marketplace scales.

Who We're Looking For
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
• Interest in building a career in account management, partner success, or e-commerce operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven business environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sellers, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or retail is an advantage.
