About Us
Freelea is a U.S.-based, fast-growing Fashion & Technology venture redefining the shopping experience for Gen Z customers. PulseDataLab is Freelea's Istanbul-based technology and operations center. Join us as a Marketplace HR Intern and help build and support the team behind Freelea's U.S. marketplace.

Role Focus
This role supports PulseDataLab's people operations — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. Working closely with the HR team and department leads, you will help attract, welcome, and develop talent for a fast-growing international team, while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents, and internal databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events.
• Support employer branding efforts through university relations and social media.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment metrics.
• Help answer team members' HR-related questions and direct them to the right resources.
• Contribute to improving HR processes, templates, and policies.
• Identify opportunities to use digital and AI tools to streamline HR operations.

Who We're Looking For
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in building a career in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven business environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; Turkish language skills are an advantage.
