We’re searching for a Machine Learning Engineer who wants to ship models — not just papers. If you love Python, enjoy solving tough computer-vision or NLP problems, and want your code to have planetary impact, join us!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and build a focused slice of our production AI stack (pre-processing, training, evaluation, or edge deployment).

Train and fine-tune models for:

Object detection (pest & crop health, satellite analysis)

LLM-based agronomic assistants / RAG pipelines

Multi-class classification for sustainability use cases

Design experiments, track metrics, iterate fast, and write clean, reproducible code (Git, tests, CI/CD).

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to ship features that deliver real agronomic value.

Share findings in code reviews and our internal AI reading group; stay current with cutting-edge research.

What We’re Looking For:

BSc or MSc in CS, AI, EE or similar; 0-2 years’ experience (internships & projects count!).

Solid Python plus hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

Strong grasp of ML basics: supervised learning, overfitting, evaluation metrics, statistics.

Proven interest in at least one of these:

Computer Vision

NLP / LLMs

Edge AI & embedded inference

MLOps / cloud deployment

Bonus points for Azure/AWS, vector databases, or production deployments.

Curiosity, ownership, and a passion for sustainability-first tech.
