Guest Relations ExecutiveAbout Plaza CubesPlaza Cubes is one of Türkiye’s leading local companies in the serviced office sector, providing serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and flexible workspace solutions for more than 20 years.As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to be assigned to our centers located on the European Side of Istanbul.PositionGuest Relations ExecutiveLocationPlaza Cubes centers on the European Side of IstanbulEmployment TypeFull-timeJob DescriptionThe Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, customers, and visitors at Plaza Cubes centers, supporting daily operational processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.This position is one of the first points of contact for the Plaza Cubes experience. Therefore, the role requires a professional, friendly, solution-oriented, and service-focused approach. The successful candidate will actively support front desk operations, guest communication, meeting room coordination, switchboard management, and the implementation of daily service standards.Main ResponsibilitiesWelcoming guests, customers, and visitors in a professional, warm, and corporate manner,Providing proper guidance and support to visitors and customers,Managing incoming phone calls and using the switchboard system effectively,Following up on meeting and conference room reservations, preparations, room checks, and catering processes,Organizing cargo, courier, and shipment processes,Providing service with a strong focus on customer and guest satisfaction,Supporting the coordination and daily work planning of cleaning and tea service teams,Completing daily operational checklists,Creating purchasing requests when needed and ensuring coordination with relevant departments,Supporting security-related processes and providing necessary information when required,Working in line with company procedures, service standards, and operational rules,Applying the processes defined in the GRE training guide and supporting the smooth daily operation of the center.QualificationsPreferably an associate or bachelor’s degree graduate,Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, front office, reception, or guest relations departments is preferred,Candidates who aim to build a career in guest relations, customer experience, or service operations are also welcome,Good command of English is required,Able to communicate effectively in English; part of the interview process will be conducted in English,Strong communication skills and proper diction,Presentable, friendly, and professional appearance,Customer satisfaction-oriented, solution-focused, and detail-oriented,Strong planning, follow-up, and coordination skills,Able to take responsibility and show initiative when needed,A team player with strong interpersonal skills,Good command of MS Office programs,Organized, careful, and disciplined in daily work processes,Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment,Candidates with long-term career goals are preferred.English ProficiencySince this position requires active communication with guests and customers, a good level of English is required.
