Role:



We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern with a strong interest in data and digital marketing to support our marketing, e-commerce and customer service operations. In this role, you will assist in multi-channel campaign execution, conduct basic performance analyses, and help monitor user behavior and product data under the guidance of senior team members.



In this role, you will assist with campaign execution, customer communication, and basic performance tracking, while closely supporting the customer journey and post-purchase experience. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how data-driven decisions shape growth strategies, customer engagement, and business opportunities.



Our office is located in Etiler, and our work model is on-site, so you are expected to come to the office minimum of 3 days a week.



Key Responsibilities:



Support marketing and e-commerce activities for the German market, including campaign coordination, content updates, and promotional executions.
Assist the customer service team by handling German customer inquiries via email and other channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Monitor customer feedback, recurring issues, and service requests, and help report insights to relevant teams to improve the customer experience.
Support basic tracking and analysis of campaign performance, customer behavior, order data, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams (growth, category, content, and operations) to align marketing efforts with customer needs and expectations.
Assist with product page updates, content checks, and coordination during product launches or special campaigns for the German market.
Conduct light market and competitor research focused on customer experience, service standards, and local market expectations in Germany.
Ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting smooth workflows across marketing and customer service teams.




Requirements:



Currently a 4th-year university student or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in e-commerce, customer experience, digital marketing, and international markets.
Willingness to learn basic data analysis related to campaigns, customer behavior, and service performance.
Basic familiarity with digital marketing or performance marketing concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in German is required.
