İş Tanımı ve Genel Nitelikler /Job Description and General Qualifications: We are Lonca; a seed stage, fintech-enabled B2B marketplace connecting fashion boutiques with wholesale brands. We are envisioning a new generation wholesale fashion trade by digitizing the entire procurement process of boutiques from product discovery to last-mile delivery and offering fintech services to unbanked boutiques. Currently, we are connecting 25,000+ boutiques from 50+ countries with Turkish wholesale suppliers.

We are three co-founders with experience from a top MBA school, two unicorn startups, and top-tier consulting firms. We are looking to extend our marketing team with a senior marketing specialist

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed reports on our digital marketing overall performance
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Following up on new technologies, strategies, and global best practices
- Working closely with the SEO agency to define, monitor, analyze our KPIs, create and execute data-driven SEO strategies
- Working with the product and content team to initiate and oversee SEO-related projects
- Building email and message lists, and nurturing leads through written communications with a marketing automation software

What we look for in a candidate:
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- 3 days hybrid commitment (At least 1 day at the office)
- 4th-year students graduating in June ‘23 have higher priority
