## About The Job ##

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by developing scalable and intuitive software solutions that address complex challenges in unstructured data processing. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team, shape the core technology stack, and have a direct impact on the product’s success.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead development of responsive user interfaces and rich client experiences using modern frameworks like Next.js.
- Design and implement scalable and high-performance full-stack solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build features that address real-world business needs.
- Develop APIs and backend systems to power our AI-driven workflows.
- Build and enhance responsive user interfaces to create seamless user experiences.
- Maintain robust cloud-based infrastructure to support our product’s scalability and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in full-stack development.

## About You ##

We are looking for:
- Ownership mentality: A strong sense of ownership and excitement to work in a startup environment.
- Problem-solving & communication: Strong skills in problem-solving, ability to reason technical trade-offs, explain technical decisions clearly, and work well in a distributed remote team.
- Educational/Experienced background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required Skills
- Proficiency with Next.js and React: Understanding of Next.js concepts like server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), dynamic routing, and client-side data flows. Practical experience building full production applications with Next.js or React.
- Responsive UX/UI development: Proven ability to implement responsive interfaces that work fluidly across screen sizes and devices, translating design mockups (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into high-quality, interactive UI. Familiarity with responsive design best practices, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and modern styling: Expertise with CSS3, utility-first frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS), CSS-in-JS (styled-components/Emotion), and layout techniques (Flexbox/Grid) that ensure both aesthetic and performant interfaces.

Bonus Skills
- Additional languages: experience in using Python
- Database proficiency: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud experience: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and containerisation tools like Docker.
- DevOps and Agile: Understanding of DevOps and agile development methodologies.
- API knowledge: Experience building and consuming REST APIs in Next.js applications, including client-side and server-side data fetching methods
