# Sales and Project Manager

### Job Overview

We are looking for a new teammate to help us grow our e-commerce brand, develop and execute projects to support online sales growth, as well as oversee daily operations for our store.

### Basic responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for online sales growth,
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver impactful projects,
- Follow and implement the best practices in e-commerce,
- Ensure the overall store management, development, and maintenance,
- Oversee campaigns, product launches, discounts, and promos,
- Measure and track key KPIs like roas, ltv, aov and cvr.

### Basic requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in dtc brands,
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects,
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth,
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Google Drive, Trello,
- Proficieny in written and spoken English,
- Full-time dedication.
