Freelea is a U.S.-based, fast-growing Fashion & Technology venture redefining the shopping experience for Gen Z customers. PulseDataLab is Freelea's Istanbul-based technology and operations center. Join us as a Cyber Security & Quality Assurance Associate and help keep Freelea's U.S. marketplace secure, reliable, and high-quality.

Role Focus
This role supports the security and quality of Freelea's U.S. marketplace platform — from testing new features and releases to monitoring security risks and protecting customer and seller data. Working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, you will help ensure the platform runs smoothly and safely for every user, while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile marketplace features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working with developers through to resolution.
• Perform regression, functional, and user-acceptance testing before product releases.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and routine security reviews.
• Help maintain access controls, security policies, and secure configuration standards.
• Assist in protecting customer and seller data in line with privacy and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the platform for fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare regular quality and security reports for leadership review.
• Contribute to test automation and security process improvements as the marketplace scales.

Who We're Looking For
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing methods and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Interest in building a career in cybersecurity, quality assurance, or software engineering within a fast-paced, technology-driven business environment.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and reporting.
