Job Describtion;
• Support marketing plan development; including identification of strategic new products, brand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through proper analysis from both a short and long-term business perspective
• Assist in executing of all product launch-related components; including packaging & content creations, trade marketing materials, retail activation and marketing communication tools
• Contribute SKU management; optimizing the assortment and phase-in/phase-out planning
• Cross-functional collaboration; actively engage with global strategic business units and internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to support aligning and implementing brand strategies effectively
• Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports, competitor analysis)
• Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations as appropriate

Qualifications;
Strong communication skills,
Analytic thinking
Advanced of planning and organizing ability
Proactive and team-oriented
Proficient in using MS Office programs (Excel, PPT, etc.)
Preferably a final-year student or recent graduate
Available to participate at 5 days a week
