Content Engineer

We are hiring a Content Engineer for a fast-growing B2B fintech company based in Istanbul.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B fintech company as its first Content Engineer and build the content engine from the ground up. You will be the single owner of content strategy, production, publishing, and performance across the website, blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, X, and other digital channels.

What You'll Do

* Develop and execute the company's content strategy
* Create and publish content across multiple channels
* Build AI-powered content workflows and processes
* Measure content performance and optimize based on insights
* Work closely with leadership and product teams to turn customer and market insights into compelling content

What We're Looking For

* 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, growth marketing, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company
*High AI maturity with hands-on experience in AI orchestration. You have built and managed AI agents, prompts, templates, and CMS/LLM-integrated workflows to support research, content creation, and publishing at scale.
* Excellent writing skills in both Turkish and English
* Strong editorial judgment, ownership mindset, and analytical thinking
* Interest in fintech, B2B software, and technology

Location

* Full-time
* On-site in Istanbul Anatolian Side (5 days/week)
