Whom will gain long-term project experience within more than one (Anadolu) Group company.

We welcome 4th year students or fresh graduate who;
• are willing to constantly learn and develop,
• combine their strengths with teamwork
• want to experience business life and build a career in one of the following departments: Human Resources, Information Technology, Sustainability or Internal Audit,
• are able to physically attend the office at least 3 days a week to apply to our program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Throughout the working period of 10 months, we support your development with
• a specific project that you will be responsible from,
• a Coach/Mentor who will help you with your project,
• a Peer Buddy within the team, who will guide you to adapt to corporate life more easily,
• training programs planned to help you grow.
