Job Description:
Set and manage the strategic direction of the company brand.
Create brand guidance and shape the logo, color palette, typography and other visual elements.
Identify brand identity and values through target audience analysis.
Develop brand strategies to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning.
Ensuring brand alignment and consistency of marketing campaigns.
Overseeing the compliance of internal and external communication materials with brand standards.
Analyzing competition, following industry trends and shaping brand strategy accordingly.
Enhancing the brand experience through innovation and creativity.
Required Qualifications:
University graduate, preferably with a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
At least 4 years of brand management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge in creating brand strategies, developing brand identity and increasing brand value.
Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making skills.
Good teamwork and leadership skills.
Good command of English.
