Work Environment

Description of the Position
The primary responsibilities of an associate consultant at Enera involves the following:
• Executing tasks independently under well-defined direction from senior consultants and managers
• Performing secondary research via literature reviews and benchmarking
• Participating in field visits and collecting primary data
• Conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis to diagnose problems
• Supporting project teams in the development of innovative solutions to diagnosed problems
• Preparing slide decks and reports
• Delivering presentations to project teams and executives
• Supporting managers in writing proposals for new projects

Required Skills & Experience
• Outstanding past academic achievement (e.g., ranking in 0.5% percentile in a national exam, graduation from one of the globally top 200 universities, etc.)
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language (equivalent to a minimum score of 90 from TOEFL or 7 from IELTS)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional analytical skills and capability to approach problems from different angles
• High productivity and multi-tasking skills for simultaneous tasks of research, analysis and writing
• Ability to work abroad for consecutive weeks

Process
Our recruitment stages are quite fast and practical, since we do not want to waste your time or ours. The process will include an aptitude test, a take-home assignment, a case interview and an executive interview. All stated qualifications, including certifications and language proficiency scores, will be verified during the recruitment process.
