Job Description
• Support the sourcing and research of potential investment opportunities
• Conduct market research on startups and sectors, and prepare competitive and industry analyses
• Contribute to due diligence by analyzing financial, operational, and market data
• Assist in preparing presentations and memos for the investment committee
• Help track and report on portfolio company performance
• Follow ecosystem events, demo days, and networking activities
• Participate in internal meetings to closely learn investment evaluation processes

General Qualifications
• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in and basic knowledge of financial analysis and company valuation concepts
• Genuine curiosity about the startup ecosystem and venture capital
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive and a fast learner
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and analysis
• Interest in workflow automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks
