İş Tanımı ve Genel Nitelikler /Job Description and General Qualifications

The role focuses on identifying and executing new growth opportunities across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, e-commerce, partnerships, and digital platforms.

You will analyze business performance, test new growth ideas, support the development of our e-commerce and marketplace channels, and contribute to growing our digital content platforms and their social media presence. You will also work with agencies, creative partners, and healthcare professionals to turn opportunities into measurable results.

Responsibilities

* Identify and execute new growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue
* Analyze customer journeys, sales funnels, and digital performance to identify improvement areas
* Develop and measure growth experiments and new channel initiatives
* Support the growth and optimization of our e-commerce website and marketplaces
* Help grow our digital content platforms and their social media channels
* Explore strategic partnerships, communities, platforms, and new acquisition channels
* Contribute to CRM, retention, content, and organic growth initiatives
* Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
* Track key growth metrics and turn insights into actionable initiatives
* Coordinate growth projects with agencies, creative partners, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Commercial mindset and genuine interest in how businesses grow
* Ability to work with data and turn insights into action
* Strong research and communication skills
* Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
* Good command of English
* Familiarity with e-commerce, digital analytics, CRM, marketplaces, social media, or growth tools is an advantage
* Interest in consumer health, e-commerce, digital media, or D2C businesses is a plus
