PulseDataLab is Freelea’s Istanbul-based technology and operations center. Join us as an Influencer Partnerships & Platform Operations Specialist and become part of an exciting international e-commerce journey.The RoleWe’re looking for an Influencer Partnerships & Platform Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team.This is a hybrid, full-time position focused on identifying and engaging relevant influencers and content creators, building and managing creator relationships, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Freelea’s influencer platform.You will manage key stages of the influencer partnership lifecycle — from creator discovery and initial outreach to onboarding, platform activation, and ongoing engagement. A key part of the role is helping influencers successfully establish and grow their presence within Freelea’s commission-based storefront ecosystem. You will work closely with the wider marketing team — including UGC, paid advertising, and data analytics functions — to expand Freelea’s influencer network, increase creator activity, and support audience and sales growth in the U.S. market.What You’ll Do• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok who align with Freelea’s brand positioning and target U.S. audiences• Evaluate creator fit based on audience demographics, engagement quality, content style, commercial potential, and previous brand collaborations• Initiate and manage outreach to prospective influencer partners and build professional, long-term creator relationships• Maintain and develop a structured influencer pipeline and partnership database for current and future platform growth• Support partnership discussions, collaboration terms, and the onboarding process for new influencers• Onboard influencers onto Freelea’s commission-based storefront platform and guide them through setting up and managing their own digital boutiques• Provide ongoing platform support and ensure influencers clearly understand platform functionality, commission structures, and earning mechanics• Build ongoing engagement with onboarded influencers and encourage active platform participation, content creation, product featuring, and sales activity• Monitor creator activity and identify inactive or underperforming influencer accounts that may require additional engagement or support• Coordinate influencer featuring and promotional activities in collaboration with the wider marketing team• Track creator, partnership, and platform performance, and use data-driven insights to improve influencer selection, onboarding, and engagement strategies• Identify opportunities to strengthen influencer relationships and increase long-term creator retention and platform activity• Stay current on creator economy trends, emerging influencers, social media platform developments, and influencer commerce best practices in the U.S. marketWhat We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Western Languages and Literatures, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, including platform mechanics, content formats, and creator ecosystems• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with confidence in initiating conversations and building professional relationships with international creators• Interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, and platform operations• Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent scouting, partnership management, or platform operations is a plus• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, commission-based sales models, creator storefronts, or creator monetization platforms is a plus• Comfortable working with U.S. audiences, creators, and market trends• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple influencer relationships and operational processes simultaneouslyWhy Join PulseDataLab• Gain hands-on e-commerce experience in the U.S. — one of the world’s most competitive and technology-driven markets• Work alongside an international executive team• Build globally transferable skills in influencer partnerships, creator commerce, and platform operations• Gain access to professional certification opportunities• Be part of a start-up environment with a young, ambitious team• Work from our office at The Ritz-Carlton, Boğaziçi University R&D Center• Work in a hybrid settingAPPLYhttps://www.pulsedatalab.com/wp-content/uploads/form-submissions/career-...talent@pulsedatalab.com
