We're looking for a Sustainability Project Management Specialist to join our Climate & Sustainability
Impact team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates who want to work in a fast-paced,
purpose-driven environment, and take part in national and international projects that support
regenerative agriculture, soil health, and carbon emission reduction.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Help manage large-scale sustainability projects and support farmers in adopting
regenerative, tech-enabled practices.
• Track progress, measure impact, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Organize project-related meetings, trainings, and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, marketing) and external partners (clients,
experts).
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and prepare project reports.
• Learn about and contribute to exciting developments in climate-smart agriculture.
Who We're Looking For:
• Recent graduate from a respected university (Boğaziçi University is a plus!) preferably with
STEM background
• Strong interest in sustainability and digital innovation
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
• A team player who is also self-motivated and proactive
• Curious, well-organized, and eager to learn
