We're looking for a Business Development Associate who’s eager to learn, full of ideas, and ready to
help us grow. You’ll join a young and passionate team working on projects that blend technology,
sustainability, and business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Brainstorm creative business ideas and customized proposals for potential clients
• Prepare and deliver presentations that clearly explain what we offer and why it matters
• Keep an eye on industry trends, market shifts, and customer needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients
• Support market research, data collection, and competitive analysis
• Contribute to the business strategy with fresh insights and a can-do mindset
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields (Boğaziçi
University is a plus!)
• Up to 1-2 years of internship or work experience (consulting/audit background is a plus!)
• Curious, analytical, and great at solving problems
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in preparing and presenting compelling presentations
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excited about working in a hybrid, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
