About lookfor

We’re growing the team at Lookfor and we’re hiring a Founding Engineer (Full Stack).

Lookfor is an agentic CX platform for high-growth Shopify brands. We’re building the Frontier Platform for customer communication in commerce: a unified inbox, multi-agent system editor, traces, and outbound campaigns - all in one place.

We’re a small team running a big operation, so we’re looking for a strong builder: someone who ships quickly, takes full ownership, and enjoys talking to customers - turning real feedback into product iterations.

What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Own features end-to-end: concept - build - ship - maintain

•⁠ ⁠Build across the platform: dashboard, inbox, MAS editor, campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement scalable backend systems and data models

•⁠ ⁠Improve performance, reliability, and deployment workflows

•⁠ ⁠Work directly with customers (Slack/Notion) and ship based on real needs

What You'll Bring

Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Graduate (BSc/MSc or equivalent practical experience)
•⁠ ⁠Strong experience in full-stack software engineering
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment

•⁠ ⁠Frontend: React + Remix.js
•⁠ ⁠Backend: Node.js + TypeScript

•⁠ ⁠DevOps mindset: comfortable owning deployments and infra
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication: can work closely with customers and iterate fast
