Job Summary

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work closely with the founder of a fast-growing 3D vision technology company that is digitalizing the dental industry through locally manufactured dental and intra-oral 3D scanners.

The role sits at the intersection of technology, production, branding, and strategy — offering the chance to work closely enough with the founder to understand how all of them connect.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) from a top-tier university. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are also welcome.
- Genuine interest in both technology products and how they are positioned and sold.
- High ownership mindset and willingness to handle both strategic and operational tasks.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong command of English — written and verbal; translation capability is a strong plus.
- Able to produce clean, structured documents and presentations without guidance.
- Ability to switch from translating a technical agreement to preparing a high-stakes presentation for a startup contest without losing momentum.
- The kind of person who, given a task with no instructions, figures out what "done well" means before starting.

Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy
-Support the founder in defining brand and marketing strategy for current and future products and conducting competitive benchmarking.
-Assist in product positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market narratives.
-Drive social media strategy — not just execution, but what the company should be saying and how it should sound.

External Representation
-Research, plan, and coordinate trade show and exhibition participation — including booth strategy, placement, and logistics.
-Track grant calls, startup competitions and university programs; manage our applications end-to-end.
-Be the "voice" that ensures we never miss an opportunity — and present on behalf of the company where needed.

Institutional & Legal Support
-Manage TÜBİTAK and Teknopark processes — reporting, applications, follow-ups.
-Engage with commercial and partnership agreements and technical documents.
-Coordinate medical device certification processes — aligning with relevant bodies and consultants, tracking requirements.
-Organize and track patent application processes in coordination with our IP consultants — managing timelines, documentation, and follow-ups.

Operations
-Handle day-to-day office needs and procurement.
-Coordinate branded material production — clothing, merchandise, and similar items.
-Maintain awareness of the founder's priorities and schedule.
