Desired Skills and Experience

· New graduate or studying in the 4th year of the Bachelor’s Degree program especially at Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration departments with a strong academic record,

. Having the motivation to start or continue their career in the fields of management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, private equity,

· Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,

· Able to understand financial modelling, adequate finance and accounting knowledge,

. Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge,

· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,

· Strong team player who is also an independent thinker.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

· Supporting overall portfolio analysis and strategic planning activities,

· Supporting valuation and feasibility studies, preparation of financial models,

· Performing market research studies and investigating technology trends to bring new business ideas,

· Following global and industry related trends to develop company-specific strategies and action plans,

· Involving in start-up scouting and assessment activities to support group’s corporate venture capital arm
