We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Finance Management Trainee. This program offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in finance and management. The Finance Management Trainee will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to prepare them for future leadership roles within the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis:
• Assist in conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports summarizing financial analysis findings.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, performing analysis, and creating financial models.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor budget variances and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
3. Financial Reporting:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist all GPS/FAST uploads to the Group.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular reconciliations and audits.
• Assist monthly excel reports preparations
4. Cash Flow Management:
• Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring receivables, payables, and cash balances.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze liquidity needs.
• Assist in optimizing working capital to support business operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Available to participate for 5 days.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the field of finance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Internship or relevant work experience in finance or accounting preferred but not required.

The net salary range for this position is between 25,000 and 30,000 TL.
