Who are we looking for

• Recently graduated or up to 2 years of work experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially very good in Excel
• Analytical thinker, result oriented
• Good team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• High sense of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Graduated from Turkey's leading universities

Your Challenge

• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise
• Planning and executing international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Collaborating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics-related activities
• Working closely with the sales and purchasing teams to forecast demand and plan logistics accordingly
• Continuously identifying opportunities to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Handling any logistics-related customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
