Supporting business development and sales activities by conducting data analysisConducting market research about potential clients and preparing reports to monitor customer acquisition activities,
Preparing reports to monitor,
Preparing KPI reports to monitor customer experience,
Monitoring and collect relevant KPIs related to customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or student in Management, Economics, Engineering,
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal,
Attention to details,
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
