İş Tanımı ve Genel Nitelikler: We are looking for an Junior HR specialist / Recruiter who will act for full scope of recruitment activities for company’s local and global projects. If you are eager to learn, develope and aiming for a career in Human Resources let’s join us!
Job Description:
• Prepare and post jobs applications to the portals
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Qualifications:
• University student or Bachelor’s degree in related Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
• Strong eagerness and ability to act in fast recruiting activities for local and global projects of company
• Open to learn
• Hands on experience with various selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems will be an asset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
