*This is a part time remote internship opportunity.

Role Description

As an intern at Flora, you will own several work streams and will play an essential role in the growth of our sustainable brand portfolio. You will have opportunity to learn about investment evaluation and due diligence. With a proactive approach and long-term vision, you will identify investment opportunities in great sustainable brands in the US and Europe, evaluate these brands and their markets and devise growth opportunities. The primary responsibilities are threefold:

- Support Flora's investment team in day-to-day activities
- Design strategies for pipeline and help vendor sourcing
- Conduct market, product, competitive research, and analysis

The role is cross functional one that will work together with teams from different areas of the company ranging from growth management to marketplace experience development.

Preferred Qualifications
Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of a relevant degree program.
Great passion for sustainability and e-commerce, and commitment to diversity and inclusion
Self-starter, result-driven with the ability to multitask and an eagerness to learn
Structured and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and innovative thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
