Reengen is a high-tech company established in 2013. Reengen’s Energy IoT Platform is a cloud based PaaS data analytics solution for commercial buildings, industrial facilities and renewable energy plants. We want to include new talents to our international and young company in the Talent/HR Department.
Please note that this is a quite enlightening role since this position helps the establishment of the HR department from scratch.
Since the role has daily international exposure, Advanced Level of English is required for daily international interactions and also for conducting research, benchmarks and implementing new projects under HR.
What are the Main Duties of the Position?
● Initiate and contribute to the research and implementation of new projects, such as Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management and all organizational development related activities in the human resources department
● Bring new ideas with sectoral and competitor benchmarks, design, coordinate end to end projects and processes and help creation of new HR initiatives, and practices from scratch
● Support designing and implementation of Leadership Development Academy, and Company wise trainings
● Support all talent acquisition and engagement operations, i.e. recruitment, employer branding, internal communication…etc.
● Prepare relevant documentations and give operational support in day-to-day issues in the Human Resources/ Talent department
● Support documentation processes and create operational efficiency, follow up personnel files, schedule meetings for day-to-day issues, for the recruitment and orientation processes
● Test new HRIS systems related with ongoing projects under the Human Resources department
● Communicate with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties for relevant issues
What are the Requirements?
● Graduate from a relevant Bachelor’s degree program, preferably holding a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Management and Organization, Psychology, or Human Resources Management…etc. programs,
● Hold approximately 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or in areas such as organizational design, job analysis and evaluation, compensation and benefits, talent management and development,
● Additional experience in training, recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, …etc. is a plus,
● Experienced in, and eager to do extensive research, benchmarks, create and implement new projects and initiatives under HR, while giving day-to-day operational support
● Experienced in, or eager to do end-to-end recruitment, internal and external communication, onboarding, and employer branding operations
● Experienced in tracking and reporting HR issues regularly,
● Eager to create an excellence in HR operations in day-to-day processes, in diverse fields,
● A good communicator, agile and adaptive with the desire to improve work processes together herself/himself.

● Eager to conduct research, bring new ideas and learn new things.
