Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing technical documents required throughout the software development lifecycle. These include R&D documents, product and project documentation, technical reports, user guides, supporting materials, workflow diagrams, and more. Your role will play a key part in ensuring documentation meets quality standards and is clear, accurate, and accessible.


Responsibilities

· Create and maintain technical documentation such as R&D reports, product/project documents, technical reports, user manuals, support materials, and workflow diagrams

· Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather up-to-date and accurate information

· Ensure all documents meet internal quality standards and formatting guidelines

· Research technical topics and create concise, well-structured reports

· Translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation

· Support technical teams during project planning and documentation processes

· Assist quality and information security teams during internal audit processes


Experience & Skills

· Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

· Ability to convey technical information in a clear and effective manner

· Skilled in transforming complex concepts into accessible content

· Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and coordination abilities

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a quick learning ability

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical fields

· Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies

· Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Good command of English, both written and spoken
