As a Talent Intern at Midas, you will support the Talent & Culture team in various people projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and our way of working. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance management, employee journey, and people analytics in a fast-paced start-up environment.

What You’ll Do:
Support Talent Business Partner team in the design, implementation, and follow-up of key Talent & Culture projects
Assist in building and improving performance management processes, including documentation, communication, tracking, and analysis
Contribute to AI adoption initiatives across teams by supporting research
Support survey processes, including preparation, data tracking, and analysis
Assist in creating and improving internal people processes, guidelines, and communication materials
Take part in projects related to engagement, organizational effectiveness, learning, and employee experience

What You’ll Bring:
3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Strong interest in Talent Business Partnership, organizational development, employee experience, and people analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
