We're looking for a Sustainability Project Management Specialist to join our Climate & Sustainability Impact team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates who want to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, and take part in national and international projects that support regenerative agriculture, soil health, and carbon emission reduction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Help manage large-scale sustainability projects and support farmers in adopting regenerative, tech-enabled practices.

Track progress, measure impact, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Organize project-related meetings, trainings, and workshops.

Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, marketing) and external partners (clients, experts).

Conduct research, perform data analysis, and prepare project reports.

Learn about and contribute to exciting developments in climate-smart agriculture.

Who We're Looking For:

Recent graduate from a respected university preferably with STEM background

Strong interest in sustainability and digital innovation

Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools

A team player who is also self-motivated and proactive

Curious, well-organized, and eager to learn
