We’re looking for a Strategy Associate who enjoys tackling ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and turning insights into clear decisions. If you like asking “what matters most?” and driving real impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Work on high-impact strategic topics: growth, market focus, pricing, and competitive positioning

Build structured analyses and translate them into clear recommendations for leadership

Support business planning: assumptions, scenarios, KPIs, and performance tracking

Help run strategy & performance cycles (quarterly reviews) and identify gaps early

Evaluate and prioritize initiatives using ROI / impact-based thinking

Support M&A / partnership scouting and market research

Prepare executive-level materials (1-pagers, memos, board/investor decks)

Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For:

Strong problem-solving & structuring skills (turn ambiguity into clarity)

Excellent written & verbal communication (clear, concise, decision-oriented)

Solid analytical mindset (Excel, KPIs, scenario thinking)

High ownership, sound judgment, and attention to detail

Ability to work with senior stakeholders and handle sensitive topics

Background

0–3 years experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or similar OR top-tier new graduate with strong academic and extracurricular track record

Experience in consulting, case competitions, startups, or research is a strong plus
