Job Description

At Devello, we build AI-powered mobile, web, and software products from the ground up. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Growth Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, and startup growth while working directly with the founders.

In this role, you’ll identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels, qualify leads, schedule meetings, participate in sales calls, and help manage our sales pipeline. You’ll also conduct market and competitor research, contribute ideas to improve our outreach strategy, and support growth initiatives as we expand globally. This is a practical, ownership-driven internship where you’ll be involved in real business development activities from day one.

General Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
* Strong interest in sales, business development, startups, or entrepreneurship.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Confident communicating with new people and building professional relationships.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outbound sales is a plus.
