Who is B2Metric?B2Metric is an AI-powered customer analytics and engagement platform helping enterprise brands make smarter decisions with data.We work with leading companies across telecom, banking, retail, insurance, and e-commerce, helping them understand customer behavior, predict future actions, and create personalized experiences using AI/ML.Our platform combines product and customer analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, AI/ML models (Churn Prediction, Next Best Offer, CLTV), and multi-channel customer engagement orchestration.We're a fast-moving team building global products from Istanbul and we're looking for a new generation of sales talent to grow with us!What Will You Do?As an SDR, you'll be the first touchpoint between B2Metric and future clients. You'll work closely with sales, growth, and leadership to:• Research target companies and identify decision makers• Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels• Build prospect lists and book discovery meetings for the sales team• Use AI tools and modern sales technologies in your daily workflow• Learn how enterprise SaaS sales actually works and contribute ideas, not just tasksNote: This is not a copy-paste role.
