Raiffeisen Investment Finansal Danışmanlık - Investment Banking Intern

Raiffeisen Investment is one of the leading M&A advisory firms in Central and Eastern Europe. The Company provides its clients with sell-side and buy-side advisory services in M&A, privatization, debt finance and private equity transactions. Raiffeisen Investment is planning to expand its team in Istanbul office with long and short-term interns.

The Candidate:

On track to successfully complete their Master’s degrees (preferred) or their 3rd/4th year for Bachelor’s degrees;
Excellent academic record (finance, economics or business administration undergraduate degree; engineering undergraduate degrees complemented with accounting and finance courses);
Ability to work at least 2.5 days in a week
Strong aspiration to build a career in the field of investment banking;
Analytical thinking ability;
Excellent command of written and verbal skills in English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
High work ethics;
Ability to cope with multiple projects on a demanding schedule;

The Role:

Actively participating in the marketing and execution of M&A, privatization and project financing advisory projects;
Researching new fields of business development and contributing to marketing activities;
Conducting sector research for M&A and financing related business generation and report preparation;
Analyzing financial and operational data of a wide range of companies;
Preparing information memoranda and presentations;
Preparing valuation models;
Participating in due diligence studies;
