We're looking for a Program Manager to own and grow our Latin America business. Acting as the main account manager for the region, you'll manage clients end to end — from project development and product specs to pricing, quotes, and order follow-through.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM clients and distributors.
Lead new project development: brief intake, product matching, samples, and timelines.
Prepare and negotiate pricing and quotations.
Coordinate orders across production, logistics, and export teams through to delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities in the region.

Requirements
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) — required. English fluency also required.
Experience in account management, sales, or program/project management (export or FMCG/cosmetics a strong plus).
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple clients and quotes at once.
Commercial mindset with solid negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Nice to Have
Portuguese.
Background in personal care, cosmetics, or chemical/manufacturing exports.
Familiarity with Latin American markets and trade practices.
