· 4th-year students of business management, economics, engineering or marketing, or MD students in same fields.

· Able to work part-time for a minimum of 1 year, 3-4 days a week,

. Interested in consumer electronics, digital services, e-commerce and retail businesses

. Interested in customer relations, customer journey, customer services

· Good knowledge of Excel, with good command of reporting and analysis tools

· Excellent command of written and verbal English, needed to follow the sources

· Able to work in a dynamic structure, customer-oriented, able to communicate effectively, have an analytical perspective, and result-oriented,

· Problem-solving and coordination skills,

· Disciplined, tidy, fast, and analytical working skills,

· Strong communication skills and team player.



Job Description:

· To identify the dynamics affecting the customer experience in different channels

. To support creating omnichannel customer journey maps, ongoing an new CRM projects

. Designing customer oriented processes,

. Analyzing current operations and services with a deep understanding of customer emotions
