We know this can only be achieved by bringing together exceptional talent and building a human-centered culture.We are looking for a curious, energetic teammate who enjoys working with both people and technology to join our journey.Our Perks• Flexible working schedule and remote work• Working in a diverse and talented team• Mentoring from experienced business and academic advisors• Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and the future of workWhat you’ll be doing• Conducting live product demos for potential clients and presenting the Senswise platform in an engaging and clear way• Supporting the sales process by answering product-related questions and following up with potential clients• Managing onboarding sessions for new customers and guiding them through the platform step by step• Acting as the first point of contact for customer questions and providing first-level support• Collecting user feedback and translating customer insights into inputs for the product team• Supporting feature testing before releases and helping ensure a smooth user experience• Working closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to test improvements and report issues• Contributing to the continuous improvement of demo flows, onboarding materials, and the product knowledge base• Exploring global trends, best practices, and innovative approaches across industries to help Senswise continuously improve its product, customer experience, and position as a leading platform in employee experience.Desired skills and experiences• Passionate about making an impact• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, business, engineering, or related fields• 1–2 years of experience in the business world is a plus• Strong communication and storytelling skills• Comfortable presenting or willing to become excellent at presenting software products in live demos• Experience in Customer Success, Product, Consulting roles or startup environment is a plus• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) is highly valued; certificates or training in prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows are a plus.• Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and behavioral statistics tools such as SPSS is a plus• Most importantly, willingness to join us in our mission to make the business world more human-centered.
