The Role
We are looking for an Analyst Intern to join our investment team in Istanbul on a long-term basis. You will work directly with the firm’s partners and investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to exit. The role offers direct exposure to live transactions and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Researching and screening prospective investments, sectors and competitive landscapes
• Performing strategic, commercial and financial analysis of target companies
• Building financial models and performing valuation, returns and scenario analyses
• Preparing investment memoranda and supporting materials for the investment committee process
• Supporting due diligence, transaction structuring, financing and legal documentation
• Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, including reporting and KPI tracking

Requirements & Qualifications
• Currently in the third or fourth year of an undergraduate programme
• Strong academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative disciplines
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, coupled with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of financial statements and core valuation concepts
• Advanced Excel skills, with strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small team
• Sound judgement and discretion in handling confidential information
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, transaction services or consulting is a plus
