We specialize in mergers & acquisitions, IPO advisory, and principal investments and service our clientele solo or together with our global/regional investment banking partners based in London/New York.

Position:

Alpacar Associates is looking for interns with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and team orientation to join its fast-growing platform. This is an opportunity to be part of a global investment banking network and to work across a variety of sectors/products/clients.

The position involves the following:

Conduct in-depth company and industry-specific research.
Help team members in drafting, editing, and preparing marketing documents such as teasers, pitch materials, management presentations and other materials.
Build financial models and perform comparable analyses.
Assist team members in transaction evaluation, preparation, due diligence and its execution.
Work on various projects to support client relations.
Assist team members with other necessary day to day responsibilities.

Requirements:

Knowledge of basic accounting and financial analysis will be a plus.
Only Senior year undergraduate students and last year MBA/master’s students can apply.
Able to work at least 3 full days a week.
Fluent in English.
