Leading brands in Turkey and around the world, including Türk Telekom, STC, Allianz, AVIS and ebebek, are among our clients.Our platform combines product and customer analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, AI/ML models (Churn Prediction, Next Best Offer, CLTV), and multi-channel customer engagement orchestration.We're a fast-moving team building global products from Istanbul and we're looking for a new generation of sales talent to grow with us!What Will You Do?As a Sales Specialist, you'll take an active role across the full sales cycle, from discovery meetings to demos, from building relationships with C-level stakeholders to closing the deal. You'll work closely with the team and leadership to:• Lead discovery meetings and accurately analyze customer needs• Take an active role in demo and presentation processes• Build and manage relationships with C-level decision makers• Follow opportunities through to closing• Use AI tools and modern sales technologies in your daily workflow• Join meetings covering the GCC and APAC regions from time to time, with Turkey as the main focusWhat Are We Looking For?• Are a new graduate or have up to 2 years of experience• Are hard-working, a strong team player, with excellent communication skills• Have a solid level of English (fluency not required, but strong enough to follow meetings with GCC/APAC stakeholders)• Have at least a basic, introductory-level understanding of AI, ML, and marketing technologies• Are proactive, take initiative, and learn quickly• Are familiar with startup culture and fast-paced, dynamic environments (or adapt to them quickly)Bonus points if you:• Have sales experience (internship or full-time)• Actively use AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) in your workflow• Follow the startup ecosystem and tech trendsWhat Do We Offer?• Real startup and scale-up experience from day one• Direct exposure to founders and leadership• Work with global enterprise clients across 13+ countries• Hybrid working environment at our Kozyatağı office, with a global mindset• Young, collaborative, low-ego culture• Fast learning curve and real ownership• Career growth in sales, growth, partnerships, or strategyHow to Apply?Send your CV and a short note about why this role interests you to:cemil.tursak@b2metric.com
