Role Summary
We’re looking for a Junior Origination Manager to help us scout, research, segment, and engage high-potential mobile game and app studios.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, investment, and the mobile app/gaming ecosystem. It is not a traditional sales, finance, or analyst role.
We do not expect you to know everything from day one. We will teach the market, product, and financing model. What we need is someone curious, sharp, entrepreneurial, AI-native, and hungry to learn fast.

What You’ll Do
Scout and research high-potential mobile game and app studios
Build and manage lead lists, pipeline stages, follow-ups, and meeting notes
Segment studios by market, product, growth signals, geography, and Leus fit
Support outreach to founders, growth teams, UA managers, and decision-makers
Prepare short research notes before meetings
Track studio and portfolio updates
Read signals from studio conversations, replies, and market movements
Suggest new BD angles, targeting ideas, and outreach strategies
Use AI tools to improve research, lead qualification, outreach, reporting, and repetitive workflows

Requirements
Full-time availability
On-site working
New graduate or soon-to-graduate
Top-tier university background
Proefficient in English
Strong interest in mobile apps/games, startups, finance, and investment
Comfort with analytical thinking and structured work
Ability or willingness to quickly understand key mobile app/game metrics such as UA, ROAS, LTV, retention, CPI, monetization, and payback
Active use of AI tools; interest in automation and productivity workflows
Ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail

Nice to Have
VC experience
Mobile gaming or mobile app experience
Startup ecosystem knowledge / previous startup experience
Familiarity with AdTech or fintech
Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
